ABOUT MARK Mark Ferguson has lived in the Atlanta area for over 20 years and throughout that time gained valuable experience working as a CFO and consulting with some of the most notable home building and development companies in the Atlanta area before starting his own home building company. Always applying his personal attitude of continuous improvement, Mark has learned every aspect of the building process using proven management approaches such as Total Quality Management to ensure a successful outcome.
Mark's significant experience with many top building companies has resulted in his ability to make sound decisions in crisis situations. Specific strengths include lender negotiations, strategic planning, project scheduling, financial & accounting operations, internal controls, cost accounting, financial analysis and management reporting. Motivated and highly organized self starter who completes tasks and accomplishes established goals. Known to have a high degree of discretion, mature judgment and sincerity in handling sensitive issues. Extensive hands-on experience in business leadership, management and working with attorneys, audit and tax professionals.
